We Only Go Where High Potential Operators Are
We expand if and only if we find the right partner.
The whole point is working with you.We want to invest in you to build you up as a CEO.

The big difference between big private equity vs. us: we never have to expand for expansion’s sake.
We set up Longview so we can only work with the select few people we truly believe in.

How We Select for the Best Operators
FAQs

We’ve been building in the industry for 10 years (In fact, we made our journey public in Restoration Millionaire). All along the journey, we came across a very special breed of people: high-potential operators who show top-decile level of intensity, unquestionable integrity, and coachability with one problem — they get ignored because they’re too small or “not corporate” enough or too early in journey.
It’s damn frustrating to see the people get passed over because they don’t fit the mold. They’re the diamonds in the rough. They’re the ones that with the right coaching, right tools, and right amount of capital, they can run a $10M business.
Longview is our excuse to find a way to work with this rare breed of operators. There’s not many of them — but that’s ok. We want to work with only a handful of people who know in their gut that they were destined for more.

Every decade, a technology comes around to change how the game is played. In 2000’s, it was the software revolution. In 2010’s, it was the mobile revolution. In 2020’s, it is the agentic AI revolution. The ones who move fast and adopt get to “bring a machine gun to a knife fight”.
We’re bringing a machine gun to a knife fight. We’re building the first restoration company that delegates estimation, collections, accounting, and reporting to AI agents so that operators can focus on what they do best: helping their community get their homes back after a bad day.

1) Intensity. We like intense people — people who exhibit dedication to their craft, unyielding standard of excellence, and pain tolerance. You’ll find that everyone at Longview will bring the same A-game that only intense people recognize in each other.
2) Integrity. Doing the right thing when no one is looking. When we can count on each other’s integrity, we can trust each other as team mates. Trust allows an organization to move fast. Organizations that move fast have a shot at becoming the best in their field.
3) Coachability. When systems fail, it’s a joyous occasion because it tells us what we can improve and takes us one step closer to becoming the best. Leading with curiosity and asking “Tell me more” rather than leading with blame and asking “Tell me who” allows us to be the best.

To determine if Longview Restoration Group is a fit: 1-3 months from initial conversation to close.
Then we partner together to go build something big.
