  • We’ve been building in the industry for 10 years (In fact, we made our journey public in Restoration Millionaire). All along the journey, we came across a very special breed of restorer: high-potential entrepreneurs who show top-decile level of work ethic, unquestionable integrity, and coachability with one problem — they get ignored because they’re too small or too early in their journey.

    It’s damn frustrating to see the “small guys” in restoration get passed over because they’re “too early” or “too disorganized” or “not professional enough”. They’re the diamonds in the rough. They’re the ones that with the right coaching, right tools, and right amount of capital, they can build a $10M business.

    Longview is our excuse to find a way to work with this rare breed of restorers. They’re not many of them — but that’s ok. We want to only work with only a handful of entrepreneurs who know in their gut that they were destined for more.

    Our long-term ambition is not only to make each of the owners in our Group wealthy but to also create a tight-knit group of successful, leveled-up operators that will operate, advise, and invest in any business in the future.

    Here’s what changes: payroll system, finance system, AR process, estimation process, lead gen. We want to take all the finance and insurance BS off owners’ plates.

    You continue to pick your team. We only help with recruiting at your request, and even then, you get to make the final choice on the guys you work with.

    You get cash upfront for a majority of the business. This aims to remove financial anxiety so you can build fearlessly.

    Phase 2: Your Financial Upside

    Once we’ve built a $10M business together, the retained ownership you kept now is worth more as a part of a bigger group in capital markets than if it were being sold by itself. Longview will find the best damn deal it can negotiate on behalf of the entire group. The structure of the payout is created so that you get paid proportional to what we’ve built. This means no freeloaders in the group.
